This product does not protect users or others against food-borne bacteria, viruses, germs, or other disease organisms. Always clean this product thoroughly before and after each use.
CARE & USE INSTRUCTIONS
- Wash before use. Hand wash bottle recommended, lid is dishwasher safe. Store with lid removed.
- Do not microwave.
- Do not freeze your bottle or leave it in your car in freezing weather.
- Not designed for use with hot or carbonated beverages.

We accept returns for items purchased directly from the Ello website within 30 days of your purchase date. All returns or exchanges must be unused and in their original condition with tags attached.
