• Ello Products Limited Lifetime Guarantee applies to water bottles, travel mugs, tumblers, food storage, and replacement lids purchased and used in the United States and Canada only.

• Please note: Warranty orders shipping to Canada must have a physical shipping address. FedEx International will not ship to a PO Box.
