"I had purchased 3 in different colors. They don’t even last 5 months. Doesn’t keep drink cold any more. The ice melt in less than 2 hours. Ello company keeps saying I damage it by dents or drops. “ Funny” ,My tumblers are in good condition, no dents no damage. So now what’s their excuse?. I’m going for another brand that have similar color like Ello but that is worth the money by lasting at least over a year"
"I purchased a two pack of this tumbler at my local grocery store. One for me and one for my husband. One day, I filled mine up for my husband who was outside doing work on his Chevy Tahoe. While working, the floor jack he was using slipped, and the truck literally landed on my tumbler! Roughly 6,000lbs would have landed on him, but the tumbler propped the truck up just enough to allow my husband to crawl from underneath it. It literally saved my husband’s life! The impact only left it dented and misshaped. I had to throw it away but I miss that cup! He still has his and uses it daily."
"This is my favorite water bottle. I love that there are 2 handles. When you’re carrying a bunch of stuff, the top handle is much more ergonomic and I don’t risk spilling. I do wish that the straw could collapse into the tumbler like the Oasis. A combo of these 2 designs would the only water bottle I would ever need or use."
"My husband bought a pack of these from a store we frequent weekly. I already had water bottles that I didn’t use, and a big cup like this, I was like, yeah I don’t be using those because of the weight…I was WRONG. Despite the size they are very light and easy to carry, and I don’t even use the handle very often but I’m glad it’s there. And it doesn’t flop around or get in the way because it does lock and sit with the kid. Easy to wash, easy to use, and I loved them so much we went back for more. As someone who struggled with water intake, this cup fixed that."
"What is do like is the extra hadle to carry it with. The part i dont like is the straw is too big for a straw topper and the hole that the straw goes in is too big. There is dust and even insects that can get into the liquid. They need to re-design the lid."
