The Ello Syndicate Glass Water Bottle is made of clean-tasting glass that won't leach, stain or smell. Syndicate's one-touch flip lid makes it easy to pop and drink directly from glass, not plastic. FDA food-grade silicone sleeve protects the glass and provides a no-slip grip.- Glass is a fragile material and may break upon impact. Please use appropriate caution.
- Wash before use. All parts are top rack dishwasher safe. No need to remove silicone sleeve for cleaning. Store with lid removed.
- Do not microwave.
- Do not freeze your bottle or leave it in your car in freezing weather.
- Not designed for use with hot or carbonated beverages.
- Do not use cleaners containing bleach, chlorine, abrasives and/or other harsh chemicals.
- If your glass bottle breaks or cracks, dispose of immediately.

Please allow extra time for standard ground shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. Product didn't work out or it wasn't what you expected? We’re so sorry to hear that and want to make it right. We accept returns for items purchased directly from the Ello website within 30 days of your purchase date. All returns or exchanges must be unused and in their original condition with tags attached. If you would like to return a bottle for a refund, please email a request with your original order number in the subject line to support@elloproducts.com. We will send you a prepaid return label for easy return of your merchandise.
