"Hi! My lid on my current Ello broke and I was looking for a replacement. There didn’t seem to be any replacement lids that matched, so I wrongly assumed I could just purchase another bottle and interchange the lid (I have stickers on my current bottle). But, the lid on the new bottle is the same as the replacement ones. I’m a little sad. I haven’t been able to use my bottle with the stickers I have on it."

"These are by far my favorite water bottle of all the options on the shelves. They are durable and keep water cold. The way the cap closes ensures that no germs get on the straw and that the bottle is leak proof. Possible improvements: it'd be nice if the handle could act as a carabiner and click onto clips. Also, for some reason the pink and purple bottles have a smaller opening than the blue bottles. This makes it more difficult to pour water and clean the inside of the bottle. The blue bottle's design is only slightly different but it makes a big difference!"
