Replacement Head? or Replacement Brand. . .

"I have to agree with every person here citing the availability of replacement brushes and its costly shipping. They should be available where they are purchased. I also bought mine at Target. Nothing available online and nothing available in the store. Silliness. Forget the replacement head, I'll just get a replacement brand."

Not able to find

"Why would you sell a set (Costco) that markets to “reusable” when you can’t find the replacement heads anywhere? Otherwise the set was good."

Janet (1/5)

I lovve these water bottle

"I lovve these water bottle cleaning brushes. It is great that the head is replaceable."

Joanne S. (5/5)

Shipping is more expensive than the product

"Great brush but replacing the heads are expensive and inconvenient. Why can I only order from their site and the shipping costs more than the replacement part? It is nonsensical and a waste of money."

Jacob R. (1/5)

"I great scrubbing baby bottles, water bottles, and other cups. So glad I got 3 new replacements."

Rachel (5/5)

Great Concept, Logistical Nightmare

"I originally bought this dish wand at Costco because I loved the sustainable idea of only replacing the head rather than tossing the whole plastic handle. Unfortunately, actually finding those replacements has been an exercise in frustration. The Pros: • The wand itself works well and has lasted me over a year. • The replacement heads are affordably priced at $3. 99. The Cons: • Zero Retail Availability: I’ve searched Amazon, Target, and other local stores, but nobody seems to stock the refills in person. • Absurd Shipping Costs: While the replacements are available on the manufacturer's website, the shipping fee costs more than the item itself. Paying $5–$8 in shipping for a $3. 99brush head completely defeats the purpose of trying to be economical or eco-friendly. It is incredibly frustrating to have a perfectly good wand sitting by my sink that I can't use because the company doesn't support its retail customers with accessible refills. Unless I happen to find them in a physical store soon, I’ll be ditching this brand for one that I can actually maintain without paying double the price in shipping. Save your money and buy a brand that is actually stocked at your local store."

Mission impossible:finding replacement heads

"As many have already said i really like the brush but finding replacement heads is dang near impossible unless i want to buy directly from ello. What company doesn't have their products on Amazon or eBay?im at the point where im ready to buy a different brush that i can easily purchase replacement heads for unfortunately"

Nicholas S. (2/5)

Great product. . hard to justify the price

"Bought a bundle from Costco and love the products. Would love to support, but to buy a replacement head for a brush that cost less than the shipping isn’t feasible in this economy."

Morgan S. (2/5)

Bad replacement head options

"Loved the brush, bought it two years ago, and have been looking for replacement heads for about a year and a half. Why are they only available on your website when I purchased at Target? I can buy a whole brush for the price of replacement + shipping? No thanks. Guess I will throw my handle in the trash."

Pam (2/5)

Replacment head availability/shipping

"Loved the brush, but nit being able to find replacement heads anywhere near me, and online is a big disappointment. Found the replacment h3ads here but they are not similar to the one we purchased at Costco, we hope this will still work, but we couldnt order enough to satisfy the free shipping limits."
