Disappointed

"I read extensive reviews about these cups before purchasing because it’s really important to me to have sturdy cups for my kids that are also leakproof. The lids on these cups are extremely cheap plastic and I knew before we even used them for the first time that they wouldn’t last long. Sure enough, the lids on all four cups I purchased broke within the first week and would no longer close rendering them useless to us as they were no longer leakproof. I wish I would’ve paid the extra money for the bigger name brand cups because these were a waste of money in the end. They would probably be okay for older kids who aren’t as rough with their cups but one drop the wrong way and the lids are done for. Not great for toddlers who drop and throw things often."

Leaks b/c stopper won't stay in

"The plastic stopper that goes in the top to keep the cup from leaking will not stay in. I purchased (2) 2packs from Sam's Club, a set for each child, and now they are useless. My daughter came home and the entire inside of her backpack was wet. My son's was gone the night before. Total waste of money. The bottom dents if it's dropped and both of mine dropped theirs. Might think about a sturdier aluminum bottom. This wasn't a deal breaker for me though. The leaking was!!!"

"Bought this used it once hand washed it and apparently a small piece came out that keeps it leak proof and now it’s trash what a waste because there is no replacement lid or anything to fix it. So in the trash as it’s totally unusable."

"Absolutely useless lid. The mouthpiece is so good, so washable, my son loves it, but be sure that whatever you transport in the bottle is going to be all over the stuff you're carrying. Unbelievable that this design made it to market, I was so hopeful."

Base Dents Easily

"Love the lid and color, however, the design of the base is poor. It dents easily and should be either covered or sturdier. In only a year the base has dented multiple times and the color has gotten scratched in various places. Every year I end up having to purchase a new one. I wish there was another 14oz design option or a 16oz. 18oz is too large for my 6 year old."
