"The cup is so adorable! But. . . it does not keep beverages cold and I miss having a handle. The cream lid, bottom, and bows are so cute. I love the look. I also love the protective bottom. If this cup had a handle, I would look past the lack of insulation. The glass sweats as the ice melts and picking up the wet cup is not fun. I will continue to use it at home for water, without ice, because it is just too cute."
"Loved the size, design, functionality and cuteness of this tumbler!! Great for taking to work and also home use. The silicone at the bottom makes it easy to carry and also prevents condensation from cold drinks from dripping everywhere. I’m loving it mainly for upping my water intake, but would also be great for tea or smoothies."
"Great cup with great weight. Got a compliment on it being cute! Only real complaint is the straw hole not being closable, I would like to be able to put it in my bag when I finish my drink without worrying that a drop of latte is going to escape."
"Overall I found the tumbler to be style over substance. I never reached for it when my other cups were available. The design is cute but not cute enough that I specifically would grab it when I was going out and seeing people to show it off. I wish the straw was glass as well, or even metal, the plastic straw feels very cheap and the adhesive for the tag is very difficult to remove."
"I do love the tumbler but I wish it was 20oz. I think the materials are great and the design is really cute. The glass charms are a nice finishing touch and appear to be very secure and safe. I like the lid design as well my drink stays inside without splashing back up while driving during my morning commute."
"Love the look of this cup, the size, and how I can have hot or cold drinks! Also it’s great that it can fit in my cars cup holder. It does put out a lot of condensation, the rubber bottom doesn’t really do much to help that from what i’ve experienced."

Please please go back to glass straws on your tumblers. We are buying your product to avoid plastic when possible."
"Love this tumbler! I swear water tastes better in a glass and this cup worked great around the house and on the go. I like that it can be used with both hot and cold beverages, although I only tried cold so far. The silicone base made it quieter on tables and reduced the condensation that would normally collect on the table from iced water. I threw this in the top rack of my dishwasher and it came out looking great still."
