"It’s cute but not very functional. Mega condensation and the little sleeve fits two fingers lol not very helpful at all and it would be great if the straw had some sort of catch so it doesn’t just pull right out. Feels a little cheap for the cost and the brand."
"This Ava Glass Tumbler could be perfect, but the silicone grip is in the wrong place. It should be around the middle or bottom, not the top. Cold drinks cause condensation, making the glass slippery, and I don't hold my cup from the top. The large size is heavy, and a silicone base would also help protect it from slipping or breaking. I love the thick glass, sturdy feel, and overall design—I just hope they improve the grip placement."
"I purchased this product at Target because the advertising said it was “perfect for iced coffee. ” It is not. After at most 1 hour, the cup begins sweating making it difficult to grip (since the silicone band is high up on the larger model) and leaving rings on whatever table you rest it on. Per customer service this product is made of single wall glass and “is not designed to be insulated for a long period of time. ” Not sure how that makes it “perfect” or “ideal” for iced coffee. I do not recommend this product."
