"I love this water bottle and take it everywhere! However I'm on my third lid, because the little plastic latch that secures the clear plastic lid keeps breaking. I think that part needs a little overhaul."

"I love the water bottle, in fact it’s my favorite one! But there is one major issue. This lid’s latch is so prone to breaking. I’ve now had two lid’s latches break just over wear and tear because of how much I use it. Ello really needs to improve the design :("

"I love this jug. It is easily my favorite jug I have used in years. However in the 6 months since I first got it I have had two lids break in the exact same spot. Both times it was not dropped or damaged in any way. I am very disappointed and will be looking to buy from another brand going forward."

Hello is my family’s favorite
"Hello is my family’s favorite water bottle we all use the yellow brand. I even have my granddaughter using it. Her hand easily grips around it and the mouthpiece gives her comfortable drinking. My husband uses it because he has a tendency to drink while he’s driving and can hit his teeth. . so I looked for something that was soft that he can bring to his mouth without hurting his teeth. Only downfall is the top. The plastic cover tends to break easily if dropped and you have to replace them frequently because of it. ."
