Salted Cranberry Pistachio White Chocolate Bark

8 ounces high-quality white chocolate, melted and slightly cooled
1/2 cup dried cranberries, chopped, divided
1/2 cup roasted, shelled pistachios, roughly chopped, divided
1/2 teaspoon flaky sea salt
1. Line 8”x8” baking dish with an 8”-wide strip of parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal. Mix melted chocolate with 1/4 cup cranberries and 1/4 cup pistachios. Pour chocolate mixture into 8”x8” baking dish and spread evenly. Scatter remaining cranberries, pistachios and flaky sea salt over surface of chocolate mixture.
2. Refrigerate 1 hour, until chocolate is set. Lift bark out using parchment paper overhang. Break into pieces and serve or store until ready to enjoy.
