Dark Chocolate and Cranberry Trail Mix

Yields: 6 cups


  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup raw pepitas
  • 1 cup raw walnuts
  • 1 cup raw almonds
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup dried golden raisins
  • 1/2 cup dried mango
  • 1/2 cup dried cherries
  • 1/2 cup dried apricots
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips



  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk maple syrup and oil together in large bowl until combined. Add pepitas, walnuts and almonds and toss to coat.
  3. Spread onto prepared baking sheet and bake, stirring halfway through, until light golden-brown, about 15 to 20 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool completely.
  4. Add dried fruits and chocolate chips to large mixing bowl. Fold in toasted nut mixture. Store in an airtight container until ready to serve.
