"I have gathered several of these mugs over the years. My hands are small and don’t fit wider mugs. So the handle works great. I love ice. I can pour a seltzer over ice in the evening and it will still be cold with pieces of ice the next morning — great product. I’m a faithful, faithful customer. "My 4th cup I only bought the fourth one because One 2 handle broke and you guys gave me a new one thank you. The second two I bought the covers were no good. I didn’t know I could buy just a cup until last week the fourth one. I bought because I’m sick of the camp stove blue dots. "Well, putting the lid on top in the correct position is a challenge. It is difficult to get it started properly into the screw threads and trying to make sure that the hole ends up on the right side cause you can do it backwards. Did not seem to keep coffee as hot as my standard travel thermos."
