Overall great, but need replacement parts please.
"It’s a great product - easy for our children to use, not so hard to clean, etc. Best I’ve found so far. BUT, the little white plastic circular part in the lid keeps getting lost (I just ordered our third replacement bottle). I wish it came with some extras, because those tiny parts can get lost so easily. Also, I wish I could get stainless steel straws that fit this bottle. Ello has stainless cocktail straws that sort of fit (a bit short), but those have color painted on them and I want them to be just stainless steel."
Dissapointed
"I loved my ello water bottle so I bought my kids each one as well (Colby 12 Oz set ) . We loved them until the little circular piece that stops water from flowing out and allows airflow when drinking fell down the drain while I was washing them. The website has no replacement parts for this piece or any kids pieces at that. We only purchased them 4 months ago and they are useless now they spill everywhere. Such a small piece but such a big inconvenience. Tried to contact the support page for assistance and wait time for a response was 15-20 business days. That is crazy! This experience really made me think twice about my purchase from ello! Super disappointed!"
Plastic Straws no Good. Bottom boot falls off
"I like the bottle as safer alternative. After some time bottle boot of the bottle just falls off. The PLASTIC STRAW is big no no and I would like them to explore better alternative like stainless steel."
We like but broken lid
"I’m not giving a 5 star review but/c the plastic release mechanism on one of our twins bottles broke. The other is still working although these reviews aren’t encouraging. We have 5 kiddos, so constantly buying water bottles and replacement lids is annoying and expensive. Oh well! Latch on the left is good; latch on right is not - the red plastic piece (see pic)."

"This is an okay water bottle, but it does leak, and it randomly squirts a lot of water out when you open it. Even when it’s locked, it floods his backpack, so be sure to keep it upright at all times!"
Wish there were lid replacements
"We are on bottle number 2 like this, and the lid has broken on both of them. I came to the site to get a replacement lid, but they aren't available. Very sad because we love the bottle otherwise."

Love it, but it should be better
"Love the bottle but came here looking for replacement parts. The plastic valve pieces just seem to fall out and disappear. It's such a small little piece, we just want to replace that rather than an entire bottle. I guess the other downside is that when you let the bottle sit out with a cold drink in it, as it warms up the pressure builds so if you open the cap, it squirts out and can make a mess."
