"I love this water bottle! I received it as a gift a year ago for my birthday! I’ve replaced the mouth piece multiple times. The first one got a hole in it from the straw so I ordered 2 more sets. 2 weeks ago I forgot it in my car for about an hour. It was extremely hot outside but I only ever have ice water in it so I figured it would be fine. Uh nope, I went to open it and take a drink and when I popped the lid it exploded like a volcanic eruption of ice water all over my car and the rubber seal on the hinge snapped right off at the same time! I’ve tried countless other water bottles from Amazon but was not happy with any of them! I tried finding a replacement lid for my 40oz yellow bottle but again no such luck. I literally just purchased a pink one for my 8 year old granddaughter for her birthday because I like mine so well! She’s only here 2-3 days a week during the summer and her birthday was May 24 her handle is already showing signs of weakness so I feel as though her lid won’t be far behind mine! At least hers did come with 2 lids so she has a backup. Mine did not and I don’t want to pay another $30 plus shipping for another entire system because my lid broke! Feeling a little sad/mad about the entire situation as staying hydrated is a huge problem for my body! I also get in IV fluids twice a week! Not having my water bottle that I’ve toted with me every single day for 13 month’s sets me way back 😕"
"works fine as a drink bottle - great at preserving cold temperatures! however, i found the "locking" mechanic of the lid finicky and prone to getting stuck, and the soft plastic drinking part is VERY poor quality; after around three months, it is showing visible wear and tends to develop and cling to stains easily. i'm drinking cold water and microplastics."
