Just say NO! Unfortunate purchase and no returns allowed.

"Horribly disappointed in both the product and their customer service. This is listed as a "travel mug" but doesn't retain heat and doesn't seal. From the time I filled it from my local coffee shop - with fresh brewed drip coffee, brewed on demand - until I arrived at my office 15 mins later it was less than lukewarm. I contacted Customer Service and was told once a mug is used it cannot be returned or exchanged. I'll never purchase from Ello again and have told everyone I know, in person and on every possible platform available, to avoid the brand."

Usually love your products, but

"Usually love your products, but this cup not in love with, its heavy and when you put coffe in it its hot to the touch. Coffe cools down really fast. My coffee is room temperature by the time I get to work, its a 40 minute drive. I do like the silicone on the bottom help gives me a place to secure my hold."

Eco friendly coffee cup

"The ceramic travel coffee cup by Ello checks all the right boxes for an eco friendly choice. The 3 star rating has to do with the lid and the cup keeping the coffee hot. I liked how the lid was set on the inside but after pushing the lid down a couple times, it went down into the cup and made a mess. I drive 4. 2 miles to work My hot coffee is always lukewarm by the time I get there. I will continue to use this stylish eco friendly cup because its usefulness outweighs drinking from a metal travel mug."

I absolutely Love it !!

"I absolutely Love it !! I am tired of the metal taste and the smell that comes with it. With this cup you have no lingering smells , no bad taste, and the lids are actually spill Proof !! WIN WIN WIN !!!"

Best Coffee Cup Ever!

"We got rid of all the other coffee mugs and now use these ALL the time! The size gives 20 oz. of coffee so you don't have to get up to refill for that second cup of coffee. The rubber bottom means I don't have to worry about rings on my coffee table or end tables!"

Beware Not Insulated

"Great looking mug, beware this mug is all ceramic not insulated and does not keep hot drinks hot for very long. The heat transfers from the drink to the exterior surface very quickly. Might be ok for a short commute of 20 minutes or so. Too heavy for around the house daily use so will go out with weekly garbage."

Unhappy

"Does not keep the coffee hot very disappointed I purchased it a Target was $15. 99 so very unhappy."

Not An Insulated Mug ☹️

"Very disappointed in that it’s not an insulated travel mug. Coffee (with lid on it) got to room temperature in about 15 minutes. Probably my fault for not catching that it’s not insulated. But still, when I see “travel” mug, I assumed it was insulated. I will no longer assume."
