Silicone Seal Falls off and causes spills

"Honestly have been disappointed in this water bottle. It’s super cute and we love the pop and fill portion, however the little silicone seal on the inside of the lid continues to pop/fall off and if it isn’t seated properly my water bottle leaks everywhere. It’s nothing that I am doing, because I will make sure that the seal is on there well when I fill the bottle. It just doesn’t fit well so it starts to fall off. We have had multiple spill accidents so because of that I wouldn’t recommend this water bottle."

2nd Time

"This is my second time buying this bottle. I has to buy it to replace my last one because I had to replace the lid twice, and the pink lid was no longer available so I bought the whole bottle again. I love my beautiful ello bottle, but I think if the lid breaks a third time I might have to move on to a different company. Hopefully in the future the company is able to figure out how to prevent the latch on the lids breaking."

"The plastic lids closure broke after 1 drop. I’ve actually had this problem with all of my ello water bottles. The only reason I keep buying replacement lids is because I love my stickers"

Product issue

"My family love this 22oz water bottle and especially the closer with the lock. As the mom I clean these daily by hand and let dry. I treat them like fine crystal because they love using. But for the plastic breaking when using a button open it is a manufacturing issue and should be replaced your replacement at cost online is sold that should a hint."
