"I love this jug. It is easily my favorite jug I have used in years. However in the 6 months since I first got it I have had two lids break in the exact same spot. Both times it was not dropped or damaged in any way. The jug is not usable as the lid will not close and water pours out if it tilts over. I am very disappointed and will be looking to buy from another brand going forward."

Poorly manufactures for it to break so easily without being dropped or mishandled. The bottle is completely useless now and spills everywhere."
