"I received both bottles in really good time. They are perfect in every way. I use my blue one every day and will change it out to the cherry one on occasion. They were extremely well packed and shipped quickly with care. I carry it with me everywhere."
"I love this jug. It is easily my favorite jug I have used in years. However in the 6 months since I first got it I have had two lids break in the exact same spot. Both times it was not dropped or damaged in any way. The jug is not usable as the lid will not close and water pours out if it tilts over. I am very disappointed and will be looking to buy from another brand going forward."

"I'm on my 2nd ello (lost the first) and I love her so much! She keeps my water ice cold all day and I love that it has a lock and handle. My only issue is that the rubber bands inside loosen up easily, causing the bottle to leak until adjusted. My bottle has been dropped many times but barely has any scratches. Unfortunately, the plastic part of her lid cracked today after a devastating fall. Now she's leaky. I am sad, but grateful for the memories I've created with her."

"As much as I absolutely love the way these water bottles are designed with the unique lid cover, lid lock, bite straw, and hook handle features, I hate how the silicone part eventually grows mold that is impossible to remove!!;( Most plastic lid straws are too hard with a risk of chipped teeth, I love the material but somehow the mold is unavoidable, eventually having to replace lids over and over, it’s not really sustainable or feasible."
"I have an Ello tumbler, but the lid has mildew beneath the rubber part and I can’t get it off. So, I bought two new tumblers without that sort of lid. What I love most is that they keep beverages icy cold for hours and hours. Plus one of the ones I ordered is beautiful, with small painted flowers on it. Very pleased with my purchase!"

Poorly manufactures for it to break so easily without being dropped or mishandled. The bottle is completely useless now and spills everywhere."
