"I'm on my 2nd ello (lost the first) and I love her so much! She keeps my water ice cold all day and I love that it has a lock and handle. My only issue is that the rubber bands inside loosen up easily, causing the bottle to leak until adjusted. My bottle has been dropped many times but barely has any scratches. Unfortunately, the plastic part of her lid cracked today after a devastating fall. Now she's leaky. I am sad, but grateful for the memories I've created with her."

"I really like the bottle, the variety of size and the easy filling. However I am currently on my 4th bottle bc the very same part of the lid has broken on every one, I thought it was me but after 4 I think this is just not a wattle bottle for anyone who needs to move the bottle more than you would a glass with no lid."

Mold growth

"I have the 24 ounce bottle. I love it because I am unable to use a straw. What I hate is the hassle to clean under the rubber inside the cap. A little brush gets some of the dirt and grime but does not get the mold that grows even with daily cleaning. I will probably buy a different brand that doesn't have this problem."
