"Love my cream port tumbler for water! I’ve had this tumbler for several months. All pieces are easy to clean, it keeps drinks hot and cold, and I love that it has a handle, the option to forgo the straw, AND the lid can be screwed on to accommodate R/L hand. Great price, too!"

"I bought one at Winners, and I find it very convenient, as not many have a handle and hand holder. I keep it on my nightstand, and it keeps my water cool over night. The straw is quite sturdy. The only minor issue is that if you are right handed is not quite as convenient."

"I like this tumbler but it's so hard to get in touch with ello to get replacement "mini" straws plugs for these tumblers. No phone contact for customer service or replacement piece available on line. And I am not willing to give so much personal information with their customer service contact process.
