Hello is my family’s favorite

"Hello is my family’s favorite water bottle we all use the yellow brand. I even have my granddaughter using it. Her hand easily grips around it and the mouthpiece gives her comfortable drinking. My husband uses it because he has a tendency to drink while he’s driving and can hit his teeth. . so I looked for something that was soft that he can bring to his mouth without hurting his teeth. Only downfall is the top. The plastic cover tends to break easily if dropped and you have to replace them frequently because of it. ."

Weak Lids!

"this is the second replacement lid i've had to buy in about a month. Bought for my mom who isn't reckless with her items and yet it's broken in the same way both times- where the straw cover closes. Unfortunately I'm stuck rebuying lids because the pop and fill is easy on her hands, but to buy a lid + pay for shipping every month is absurd. Great bottle and I love the Pop & Fill concept but this simply is not okay"

"I’d dropped my bottle and unfortunately broke the lid a while back. I was devastated when checking Amazon and how they didn’t carry just the lids separately, but was so happy to find the shop’s direct site and find options here! I found the exact lid I had before, and could enjoy my bottle once again without having to buy a whole new bottle and contributing to waste. Lid was a perfect fit, and prevents any leakage or spills, just like the original one I had. Thank you so much Ello for offering these in your shop!"

Good Cap, Clear Lid Breaks Too Easily

"I like this cap okay, except that the clear cap breaks too easily where it clips into place. I didn't drop it or pull it from the cap or anything. It just broke with regular use. This is the third one I'm having to buy, and it'll probably just break again. I would love to have another option, but alas, I'm stuck with this one, and I like my water bottle otherwise. I'm still giving it 3 stars because I like the functionality of the cap. I like the options of easily being able to sip or chug. I also appreciate that the company fixed the issue of the seal slipping off too easily. I have hopes that they'll fix the clear plastic lid, as well. Fingers crossed. 🤞"

Broke after a month

"I love this water bottle and I got one for my husband on Amazon but the plastic part of his lid that keeps the silicone mouth piece clean, broke and now it won’t close. He wasn’t rough with it at the time either, all he did was click the button to open it and it broke. He’s only had it for a month and the selection for the lid replacement that matched his bottle isn’t available."

Love the bottle but the lids ok

"We love this water bottle. It's easy to drink out of and my 6 yr old fills it up herself with the pop top. The only downside is the lid tends to flip open and spill when dropped. It would be nice to have 2 locks to help prevent spillage. It's wonderful they have replacements for the lid as the last time it was dropped the lid cracked off. New one is on now and we're doing great again with the bottle."

Best part of Ello

"I love that most of Ello's water bottles have replacement lids. Sometimes, most times, the lid is the only part that needs replacing. The stainless steel bottle lasts and lasts but the lids get gross or break. I'd rather buy a lid than an entirely new water bottle. So much less wasteful. And they have wonderful customer care."

Replacement lid is perfect!

"I was so happy to be able to be able to buy just a lid for my water bottle. I had it opened and on the table when my kitten got tangled up with my dog, distracted me, and who knows what happened - but the water bottle went crashing to the ground and the tiny plastic tab that clicks in place to keep it closed broke off. Thank you for making it possible to just buy the lid so my water bottle can still be usable!"
