"I've had this bottle for a couple of years. The water stays cold, it's easy to clean, but the lid breaks easily. I love that it does not leak, but little hands drop the bottle a lot. Customer service has been great about replacing the lid. I would definitely purchase the bottle again, but would like to see improvements on the lid."
