"I used the glass water bottle it is okay. I didn’t use ice so my water was not cold for long. It is leakproof and the carrying strap is very strong. I do love the rubber on the outside and the color."

Customer Service Missing

"I love these bottles. Looks like they’ve been discontinued. That’s sad for me. Another thing that’s sad. Is that the Customer Service Services totally lacking. I have two (out of six) bottles that have problems. The problem looks repairable or if even replacement parts were available it would be fine. I’ve been through the FAQ and can’t find a solution. Aggravating."

"I have been a Nalgene plastic water bottle user for years and years. I had tried the aluminum ones and didn’t like the taste it left behind. I decided to make the switch to glass and these were very highly rated as having the least amount of micro plastic potential. I LOVE them. I love the way my water tastes out of a glass bottle. The width of the opening is perfect and makes drinking water easier than my previous plastic water bottles. I love that the mouth piece is protected. Even though I had the top locked, my water bottle did leak a bit when it was accidentally left on its side but overall I love this product. Part of me wishes they came in a bigger size but I imagine the size is related to keeping the weight down. I bought two and take them to work every day."

Nice features

"I have had a non-glass version of this water bottle. I needed a replacement. And I needed one that was not too big as I have a water bottle bag that I carry on walks. This is heavier, of course, but not a problem. I really like the lock and unlock feature which keeps it from leaking."
