Not cooling properly

"I own 5 cups , idk why my Halloween one only hold the ice for 2 hours when my other 4 last about a whole day when filled . I timed it and literally my ice and water don’t remain hold for more than 30 mins . Which is upsetting when I love elllo and had never had this problem with my other tumblers from you guys ."

Good product

"This is the first hello cups I have ordered. I ordered one of each type of the the ghost halloween cups. My husband ended up opdering me one also to surprise me, and due to it being a soecial edition, there are no redunds oe returns ao i guess i have two of the same cups now. I love the design. I like the softer straw and how you can close it off. It seems like it has a little air that can get into it, making it harder to drink but over all it is nice. I like being able to fill the other one up without taking the top off. The only somewhat negative is they dont keep water cold as long as other cups I have. If you use and fill it constantly, it is fine. If you drink throughout the night, by morning its not even cool any longer."
